How do I contact a new client that has been referred to me?

When you are identified as an agent match for a HomeLight client, a HomeLight Account Executive will reach out to you with a phone call, text message and email.

The text message and email will contain a phone number and four digit PIN code. Please call the client within 15 minutes of receiving the referral.

After your initial phone call to the client, you will receive a second text message and email with complete client contact information, full property details and other pertinent notes regarding the client.

You may also access your full database of referred clients by logging into your HomeLight Agent Portal or the HomeLight iPhone mobile app at anytime.

Your full database of referred clients can be found by clicking “Leads” located on the top left hand corner of the page when you sign in.
