I did not receive the client contact information after we spoke on the phone.

After your initial outreach to the client you will receive both a text message and email with the client contact information and full property details. If you did not receive this email, please first check your spam folder.  If you do not find the email in your spam folder, respond to the initial referral email to notify your Account Executive that did not receive the client details.

You may access your full database of client details by logging onto your HomeLight Agent Portal here or logging onto the HomeLight mobile app.
