How do I update HomeLight & access my client database?

Ensure your HomeLight reputation is stellar by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for every HomeLight referred client.

Your HomeLight Agent Portal provides you with a database of every HomeLight client as well as easy to use tools allowing you to update, track, and manage your client relationships.

Access your HomeLight Agent Portal

Log in to your HomeLight account and select "Leads" located in the upper-right corner of your screen.


Once you are in your HomeLight Agent portal you will see a list of all HomeLight referred clients.

Select the client you would like to submit an update for.

You will see a selection of orange buttons with relevant update options. Select those that apply.

To leave specific notes for our team of account executives, use the notes box on the lower right side.


To export your client database, select the "Export" button to the right of the search bar.

You may filter the clients you are seeing by selecting the options on the left sidebar.
