How do I assign a referral to a team member or partner agent?

Log into your HomeLight Agent Portal and select the client you would like to reassign. You will see an option to select “reassign” on the right side of the portal above the client name. You will be prompted to enter the assigned agent’s name and email address.

The assigned agent will be alerted via email and prompted to create a HomeLight profile and sign our referral agreement via DocuSign.

Please direct the assigned agent to respond quickly and update their Agent Portal regularly.
