We track a responsiveness score for each agent to whom we send customer referrals, which can be found by logging into your agent portal! We consider the responsiveness score when determining agent recommendations for future referrals. If you do not respond to a HomeLight referral, your responsiveness score will be negatively impacted, and may affect your ability to receive referrals in the future.
If you are unable to receive referrals for a short period of time (due to vacation, etc.), please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
