My referral closed, now what?

Congratulations on the closing!
 
It is very important that all closed leads are updated in our system. In order to update a closed referral, please log into your HomeLight Agent Portal here or log into the HomeLight mobile app. Select the client name, choose the "We've closed escrow" or "We are in escrow" button, and enter all required information regarding the transaction.
 
Once the closed referral is updated in our system we will automatically send out an email to the agent. 
  
 
Below are the three payment options, listed in order of convenience:
1. Wire - We greatly prefer this fast and efficient payment method
2. FedEx - Upon request, our closings team will email you a pre-paid FedEx label
3. USPS - We ask that you try using one of the options above before sending payment via regular mail
 
For additional convenience, we have attached a copy of our W-9 and payment instructions.
