If you are unable to login to your HomeLight account follow these steps:
- Click on the Professionals tab in the upper-right corner.
- Below the password field, click on the Forgot your password button.
- Input your email address. For an example, click here.
- Once you receive the password reset email, click on the Change my password link as seen in the picture below.
- This will open a separate page that will allow you to input your new password and to confirm it as seen in the picture below
Once you have clicked Change my password, it will save and ask you to log in.
If you’re currently signed in to your HomeLight account and would like to change your password, follow these steps:
- Log in to your HomeLight Account.
- Select Account in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Select Change Password from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm your new password in the required fields and select Save Changes.
