If you are unable to login to your HomeLight account follow these steps:
- Click on Professionals tab in the top right-hand corner.
- Below the password field click on the Forgot your Password button.
- Input an email address that you would like to receive an email to. Example click here
- Once you receive the password reset email click on Change my password link as seen in the picture below.
- This will open a separate page that will allow you to input your new password and to confirm it as seen in the picture below
- Once you have clicked Change my password it will save and ask you to log in.
If you’re currently signed into your HomeLight account and would like to change your password follow these steps:
- Log in to your HomeLight Account.
- Select Account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select Change Password from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm your new password in the required fields and select Save Changes.
