Getting Your Transactions Verified
After uploading your transactions, HomeLight will need to independently verify that the transaction information provided is accurate.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a valid form of verification. An example of this would be a link or PDF of your MLS records or your production report. Our team will cross-verify the verification documentation you provide with the transactions you uploaded to verify the transactions.
Not all transactions can be verified. HomeLight's verification system integrates directly with Google Maps as well as the United States Postal Service. If an address does not exist in Google Maps, or if the address is marked as "undeliverable" by USPS, we cannot verify that particular transaction.
Examples of transactions which cannot be verified for one of these reasons may include:
- Land transactions
- New construction
- Rural, vacation, or mountain properties
- Properties that receive mail at a PO Box
Please note that due to our system integration, there is no alternate method for verifying these transactions.
