In order for a referral to be reassigned to a team member or partner agent, that team member or agent must first sign a HomeLight referral agreement.
Begin by logging in to your HomeLight Agent Portal and select the client you would like to reassign. You will see an option to select “reassign” on the right side of the portal above the client's name. You will be prompted to enter the assigned agent’s name and email address.
The assigned agent will be alerted via email and prompted to e-sign our referral agreement via HelloSign.
Please direct the assigned agent to respond quickly and update their Agent Portal regularly.
