Congratulations on the closing!
It is very important that all closed leads are updated in our system. In order to update a closed referral, please log in to your HomeLight iBuyer Portal here. Select the client name, choose the "Close Lead" button (below), and enter all required information regarding the transaction.
We have a simple and standard 4% broker-to-broker referral fee that you only pay if the client closes escrow with you. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.
Once the closed referral is updated in our system, we will automatically send out an email to the iBuyer with instructions.
Below are the three payment options, listed in order of convenience:
- Wire - We greatly prefer this fast and efficient payment method
- FedEx - Upon request, our closings team will email you a pre-paid FedEx label
- USPS - We ask that you try using one of the options above before sending payment via regular mail
