Matt McGee joined HomeLight as a managing editor with the sole purpose of helping agents succeed. With more than 20 years of experience in SEO, Matt is the go-to expert in all things related to marketing. He has consulted for companies as big as Target.com and as small as a mom and pop garage store selling handcrafted wooden pens.
McGee has been surrounded by real estate his entire life. His father owned an independent real estate brokerage for nearly 50 years. More recently, he served as the marketing director of his wife’s real estate team, where he helped increase her total transactions by 31% in a single year. You might say he knows a thing or two about what it takes to be a top agent.
