If you’ve recently changed brokerages and need to update your profile information this help article will show you how to get that done. Keeping your information up to date helps to build your online presence.
How It’s Done
Step 1 – Login and Select Your Profile
When you login to your HomeLight account, in the top right-hand corner click the user icon then and select the Profile option from the dropdown menu.
Step 2 – Choose the Edit Button
Once in your profile view choose the Edit button across from your profile photo.
Step 3 – Update and Save
In the Brokerage section, enter the updated brokerage name. To ensure the update is applied to your account use the Save button at the bottom of the dialogue box.
What’s Next?
Immediately after saving the updates made will be applied to your profile. This information can be updated at any time.

Q: Does my brokerage information automatically update if/when I change brokerages?

A: No. Your brokerage information does not automatically update. You would need to go in and make changes as needed.
Q: Can I preview the changes I make to my profile?

A: Yes. Anytime you are working on updating your profile information you have the option to View Your Public Profile.
